Legendary Radio Host Dan Foster Passes On

The radio legend Dan Foster is dead. The 'Big Dawg' passed on in a Lagos hospital today in a complication friends say is not unconnected to the Coronavirus disease.

He has since been trending on social media. Kate Henshaw popular Nollywood actress tweeted:

“I wondered why he was trending. I thought it’s the usual Twitter dragging…Oh Lord. This grim reaper year should just come and be going…My fellow Judge on Nigeria Got Talent. Rest in Peace, the Big Dawg.”

Meanwhile, Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, Founder of Silverbird Television also pours out emotion on social media:

“The death of Dan Foster saddens me. He was an excellent friend of mine and a veteran radio host par none. May his soul rest in peace.

Until his death Dan Foster worked with Cool FM, Inspiration FM, Classic FM and presently City FM.

Dan Foster made listening to radio interesting.
