PTML Customs Hits over N98.8b Revenue in 2017.

The Ports and Terminal Multiservices Limited ( PTML) have released its revenue generated for the fiscal year 2017.

The report displays a total of N98,825,815,515 generated in 2017 with N21,044,729,152 received in the first quarter, N19,703,807,129 recouped in the second quarter, 26,891391,849 generated for the third quarter and N31,155,887,385 generated in the final quarter ended December 2017.

The 2017 report when compared with the revenue analysis of 2016 shows N13,438,706,804 realised in 2016 first quarter, N14,041,006,893, N16,922,637,393 and N18,402,977,811 respectively  2016 financial year.

The total revenues generated for 2016 and 2017 financial years are N62, 803,382,901b and N98,825,815,515b respectively with a record-high margin of N36,022,486,614 depicted for 2017. This comes with a percentile increase of 57.4%.

It would be recalled the Nigeria Customs Service delivered N1,037,102,179,400.58t to government coffers in 2017 fiscal year. Of this amo…
