Chris Brown 'Facing Jail' After Allegedly Punching a Stranger

Chris Brown has been arrested after allegedly attacking a man in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The alleged incident took place Washington D.C. and resulted in the 24-year-old singer being arrested for felony assault.

The charge could carry a four-year prison sentence for the R' n' B star as he's still on parole for assaulting his then girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.

Brown and his bodyguard were both arrested after the former allegedly 'punched a man on the face' outside a D.C. hotel.

According to TMZ's law enforcement sources, the singer got into a row with a man outside the W Hotel before throwing the alleged punches.

Rihanna's ex-boyfriend did not appear to be under the influence of either drugs or alcohol, the website maintains.

The altercation took place around 4:30 in the morning.

Free and Fair Elections For Madagascar

International observers have described madagascar's presidential election as free and transparent.

Friday polls was the first to be held on the island since coup in 2009.

Preliminary results show that an ally of the ousted leader  Marc Ravalomanana has taken an early lead.

Richard Jean-Loius Robinson has about 30% of the votes so far, while his main rival Henry Martial Rakotoarimanana  Rajaonarimampianina has just over 15%.

Full results could take as long as a week to emerge.

If no candidate receives more than 50% of the votes cast, a second round will be held on 20 December.

You Made Me Cry! Noami Campbell Exclaims

Naomi Campbell breaks down as she discusses her anger issues and drug addiction during TV appearance.

She broke down in tears while discussing her infamous anger slides on the Jonathan Ross Show in the U.K. on Saturday night.

When quizzed about her past, the obviously emotional British supermodel explained to the TV host: 'Anger is an emotion. They were things I had to deal with. You have to deal with it.'

Then the 43-year old weepily tells Jonathan; 'I'm crying you made me cry.'

Famous for her rages, Maomi was accused of committing violence against her employees and associates between 1998 and 2008.

In 2006 she famously threw a cell phone at a housekeeper that landed her in a New York Court the following year charged with assault, to which she pleaded guilty.

She was ordered to pay an undisclosed sum in reparation, perform five days  of community service- which she did dressed in designer outfits- and attend anger management classes.

'U.S. Spying Europe' Saga Continues

The U.S. President Barack Obama was personally informed of phone tapping against German Chancellor Angela Merkel, which may have begun as early as 2002, according to German media.

As the damaging espionage scandal widened, Bild am Sonntage newspaper quoted U.S. intelligence forces as saying that National Security Agency chief Keith Alexander had briefed Obama on the operation against Merkel in 2010.
'Obama did not halt the operation but rather let it continue,' the newspaper quoted a high-ranking NSA official as saying.

News weekly Der Spiegel reported that leaked NSA documents showed that Merkel's phone had appeared on a list of spying targets since 2002, and was still under surveillance weeks before Obama visited Berlin in June.

As a sense of betrayal spread through many world capitals allegedly targeted by the NSA, European leaders are calling for a new deal with Washington on intelligence gathering that would maintain an essential alliance while keeping the fight again…
